Tomato Puree & Concentrate

Farm Fresh aseptic Tomato paste and puree are manufactured from sound, mature, selected Tomato, free from damage, soil & cuts. Selected Tomato fruits are sorted, washed, inspected, crushed & carefully pulped. The pulpy mass is heated, cooled & filled aseptically in pre-sterile aseptic bag. The whole operation is carried out with great care to retain maximum level of natural flavour & taste, simultaneously ensuring commercial sterility.
In case of Tomato paste mass is evaporated to desired concentration prior to sterilization & filling.

Labeling :

Product name, batch code, product code, net weight, gross weight, date of manufacturing , along with storage instruction are printed on the label, affixed to each drum/box.


Quality Standards :

HACCP, GMP, SPC & QA systems are applied in the manufacturing, storage & other operations. Product is approved for Kosher & Pareve. The system is certified for ISO-9001 & HACCP (Food Safety) by RWTUV, Germany.


Applications :

Used for making chywan-prash, ayurvedic etc.


Storage :

It should be stored in a cool & dry place below 20ºC. Preferably below 15ºC. for extended shelf life.


Shelf-life :

Eighteen months from the date of manufacturing when stored below 15º C. The contents must be used immediately after opening the bag.


Custom Products :

FarmFresh aseptic fruit purees can also be supplied as per customer's specifications.


Preservatives :

Product is free from added sugar, added colour & preservative of any class.


Pesticide Residues :

In conformance with WHO recommendations & EC directives.
